What is God's?
Luke 20:24–25
"Show me a denarius. Whose image and inscription are on it?" "Caesar's," they replied. He said to them, "Then give back to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's."
"So God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them (Gen 1:27)." We ourselves are God's and so we render ourselves to Him in Holy surrender. Christlikeness is our character objective. We are to be conformed to the image of Christ, the Living God as living sacrifice to Him: "Therefore, I urge you brothers and sisters, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—His good, pleasing and perfect will (Rom 12:1–2)." Holy Spirit, Lord, renew our minds today and help us align ourselves according to Your perfect will. Let us abide in You and walk with us every step of the way. In Jesus Christ's Name. Amen.
